We pride ourselves on having one of the most robust wellness and aesthetic service offerings in the city, ranging from body contouring to facial aesthetics, to anti-aging solutions. Our mission is to provide a holistic approach to meet every client's aesthetic and health needs. We create customized plans for our patients to ensure they look and feel like their best selves! And amplify our brand image. Marketing coordination- Work closely with Marketing Director to plan marketing activities and content calendar.- Social Media Content Production.- New website development.- Google Analytics – consumer insights.- Marketing research. Daily office Operation- Project coordination.- Follow up with clients.- Scheduling and arranging appointments for clients and Medical Director.- Planning and participating in events.To Succeed in this role, you will need:● Bachelor's or advanced degree in marketing (or similar discipline).● Experience in digital marketing, and growth marketing.● Strong communication skills, both written & verbal in Mandarin and English.● Experience leading strategy development & execution of commercial or customer acquisition campaigns that are sustainable and repeatable.● Experience in the use of metrics to drive decision-making and process change.● Comfortable embracing and thriving within an ever-changing, high-performance environment.● Adept at multitasking and handling multiple projects simultaneously.● Strong copywriting and creative skills with an eye for making complex topics accessible through content and design.● Interest in and excitement for translating brand strategy, business strategy, and customer insights into the content marketing strategy.● Willingness to learn and good attitude to work in a team collaboration environment.

Monitor Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google business page● Design editorial calendar for content implemented SEO recommendations and collaborated on the distribution, promotion, and analytics.● Events planning, curating event themes, and collaborating on the logistical planning, content development, and promotion of monthly events focused on raising brand awareness and market education.● SEO, Strategy, and execute content in efforts for search optimization, including directory submissions, and link building.● Business Development: Research and qualify leads and partnership opportunities.● Market Research, develop a new marketing and positioning strategy reflective of the competitive landscape.● Direct and implement advertising and promotional activities.● Analyze target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches.● Collaborate with senior executives to develop growth plans.● Forecasts, drafts, implements, and oversees the department’s operating budget.● Performs other related duties as assigned.Supervisory - - Recruits, interviews, hires and trains supervisory and management staff - Oversees the daily workflow of the practice- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations - Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policyQualifications for Director of Marketing: The director of marketing must have excellent communication skills. The ability to garner consensus from a large team is important and obtaining stakeholder buy-in on new, complex, or challenging ideas is essential. Soft skills such as good attention to detail, versatility, and leadership abilities also rank high on the list of desired qualities for a manager at this level. The marketing director can work cooperatively and effectively with different personality types as well as other departments, vendors, and clients. This candidate can transition seamlessly among projects of varying scale, audience, format, and distribution channels.
